I’m not talking about microcasting, which I’ve been doing with Sync in Progress. I’m talking about full on, episodic, podcasting.
Before this revelation, I was content in my microcasting ways. Producing an episode here and there. It wasn’t until I decided one day to record a microcast using my computer and recording rig.
It changed my life.
In addition to that, I had been toying with the idea of including music in my microcast. Nothing major, Just a theme song, and perhaps one or two selections from what I’ve been listening to (a preview of ZaxTrax, my iTunes playlist).
So, with all of that, I decided to re-launch Sounds with Einstein.
Its’ tagline is Curated Sounds for the Curious Listener, which can be interpreted as listening to a diverse set of music that is curated by someone who listens to a wide range, and eclectic collection of music. I’m also throwing in some tech news and views because why not?
Anyway, I’m pretty excited to start recording Sounds. It’s been an on-again/off-again project for me since 2013, but I think I have the discipline and patience now that I didn’t have back then. You can listen to the very first episode I recorded back in April 2013 right now since I had to have something in the feed for iTunes to approve it.
